Imperial Hotel Cowra, Cowra

I had a really nice experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant served some truly wonderful meals, especially the steaks. However, the sourdough starter we ordered was quite dry and didn't meet expectations. The room was small but functional and clean, so I was satisfied overall despite the dining hiccup.
